How to slow down or shut down ( depending on strength) a website

Step 1:

Download loic from http://sourceforge.net/projects/javaloic/ 

Once downloaded u should see this application 

Step 2:

Once downloaded type in the name of the site in the URL section and click get it. Then nextly choose the amount of threads per seconds u want to send then type in your message and click attack.

Step 3:

It will then start spamming the site and just leave it and watch as the site will slow down to the point where it could potentially shutdown
