Open a new notepad

Step 2: 

Type the following:

Echo.off

Msg * whatever u want to type

Then keep up writing msg * as much as you want to annoy your friends then once your finished type GOTOBEGIN down the bottom if you want it to be never ending or just leave it as if if u want it to have a end point
