First u will need to get a usb and download horizon link will be below. Now out the profile u use with the game and the game save data on your usb by clicking into them and clicking move, now plug your usb in your pc and open horizon, now go to games click the game u want to mod, then click the game saga data and it will come up with it all and your free to mod things like cash, level, etc.
