How to make a locked folder using notepad

Do u have something u need to hide or just want to keep people out of you files and folders, well then type the following except change the hitechnologic part to anything u want your password to be hen save it as anything.bat now your done open it and type in the password and the folder will appear open it again and the folder will go back locked.
