Have u ever downloaded some files or somehow managed to get deadly malware and viruses on your computer? If so then u should just simply restore your pc to an earlier date by going to control center and them just simply clicking restore computer and choosing a date and checking that date to see if there was any more malware on that date, this is the easiest resolution to this common problem although if u have a more deadly virus it may take some more difficult steps.
