how to discover somones ip with just knowing there email

just simply go to http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/ and change ip tracing to email owner, then type in the email address who's ip you want to know then click the > mark and it will tell you there ip, location etc. then u can spam there ip address or send a virus to it from just knowing there ip etc.
