How to close down friends or families computers connected to your home network

First open cmd, now search echo off and then and that type in shutdown -1 and now a little window will pop up thats when u click browse computers. Then click find now and select any of the logged on computers u want to shutdown then select it. Now type a message u want to appear and choose whether or not you want to give them a potential warning.
