FBI recently posted on there site the top 5 most dangerous hackers and the reward for them
These hackers have been accused of crimes and have been found guilty of them, the top 2 people on the list are from Pakistan named Farhan Ashad and Noor Aziz they held a international telecommunications scheme taking place from 2008-2012, they both gained unauthorised access to buisness telephone systems, resulting in losses exceeding 50 million dollars.
